The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing and engaging with the Omlet Arcade’s community. They will work cross functionally with internal teams to understand Omlet Arcade in order to communicate effectively with our users.
Responsibilities
- Manage our community and provide users support in order to help them in their needs.
- Monitor overall community of your responsibility (Streams, Content, etc.)
- Oversee Omlet Arcade’s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms.
- Work with our operation team to generate content, online activities and events that will drive communications and build relationships with our users.
- Research on the latest gaming and your local trends to stay up to date.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
- Junior - Senior year students or a grad school students are welcomed too!
- Positive and proactive attitude; self-initiative.
- Passion in Game Industry!
